+ Added the DwooException class
+ Added DWOO_CACHEDIR and DWOO_COMPILEDIR constants that you can set before including Dwoo.php to override the defaults (although Dwoo->setCacheDir/setCompileDir() still work to change that if required)
* Made all the error triggering more consistent
